“When I grow up I want to be like Ali Cayne.” – Vanessa Sicotte
There I said it ! Cayne is the founder of Haven’s Kitchen a restaurant & cooking school known to use solely sustainable & seasonal food, she is also a mom of 5 (no it is not typo, she has 5 kids), AND she took on her West Village apartment renovation relying only on her own instincts. And what a reno she did!
I love the simplicity of the black and white palette punctuated with a selected few gilded accents and great herringbone floors! I also have to confess that I am very envious of her amazing Moroccan rug collection, gorgeous living room crystal chandelier & brass faucet in her kitchen.
