So I’ve encountered my fair share of gorgeous DIYs and vintage makeovers and then there is the odd transformation that just throws it all up in the air with a hallelujah! Megan Pflug created one using a few simple materials and some very pretty vintage runners. It won’t require massive DIY skills but the result will be well worth the weekend of elbow grease.

What you need:
2-inch jute webbing
A good pair of sharp scissors
Fabric glue or wood glue
An electric nail gun
3/8-diameter brass stair rods
A small pipe cutter (to cut the stair rods as needed)
A screwdriver or drill (to install the stair rods)
