Hey guys! It’s funny how my design inclinations have slowly morphed and changed over time. No longer am I driven towards super bright and neon DIY interiors but rather my tastes have evolved to include more sophisticated finishes, coastal accents, softer hues and furnishings and textiles with age and patina. Farmhouse too have popped on my radar, for their grand scale, bright use of windows to bring a space to life, and large open living areas. This home right checks off all the right boxes, starting with its gorgeous blue door.
The whitewashed exposed beams in the kitchen, reminding me of driftwood, bring down the overly sophisticated of the white marble backsplash and counter in a way that makes it all just perfect. Elsewhere in the home, vintage rugs and throw pillows, herringbone floors, gorgeous brass faucets, and pretty chandeliers and pendants make this home one for the books.
